Very cool character design! I'm not sure about all the lines in the hair, you could take a few out to add more white shine to it (-just an opinion, okay?-) I can't design original characters so I am amazed at this one--ESPECIALLY THE HAND!!!!! Great poses too. OH! You could maybe darken her dress a bit, it's almost the same color as her skin. Or is that the look you were going for??? That should definetly make guys love her! (And I don't think her jugs are that big.)

This girl is indeed both awesome and ccol. Her outfit is awesome. Simple and sexy...yet refined. Tres excellent!
