JC of the Rings--Page 1
JC of the Rings--Page 1 by @kidkourage (KidK Mirai)

This was July and August's other big project besides my door poster--an SI LotR comic I made for JC when she came to visit me. ^.^ She loves the Rings movies so muchly, and once again I have no idea where this idea came from, other than sudden inspiration. And then, after that, Lynne's spurring me on and telling me to keep drawing more and more. ^-^; Comics are hard. o.o Really hard. So many...little tiny people...in their little perfectly measured boxes...and then they all have to be colored...and there's backgrounds...eep! Well, I got around the background part by mostly making everything on this page nondescript forest background. u.u

Speaking of this page, this is the beginning, and thus JC joins the Fellowship in a rather interesting fashion, and the group gets on its way. This is also the page with the least number of panels, because as I went I realized I had more to say and wanted each page to be kind of an 'episode' in its own right, so I had more to fit on later pages.

When I met JC I found out that her hair doesn't look like that. o.O Actually, her cool lil' front strands are longer than the rest of her hair. If I ever get around to drawing more of this than the four pages that are already done, I'll likely fix that. In the meantime, though, she's still cute. =B

I loce Pippen! That's why I torture him so! ...aren't Frodo's eyes spooky? Woooooo...O.O

lol. Wonderful job! This is hilarious! Frodo looks so adorable. It's so hard to find a comic that's drawn well and funny at the same time, but you've accomplished both. All hail the perfect-haired Legolas!
