Wow! I love your cat furrs, Shaddie, they're so cool. ^_^ Those ears are so CUTE! :):) And the hair's great, too - shiny!

My goodness this is TINY x_x Heh, but hey, it's really good stuff for a pixel art. =3

I really like the expression here, that shy smile and the tilt of her head, the wind-blown hair looks great, too. You dd a great job on the hair, what with those hair shines. I like what you did with the earrings, too.

For the general coloring, I think the skin (or fur) could use more highlights to bring out the contours, like on her muzzle, the top of her ears and a bit on her shoulder...but other than that this is pretty neat, would make a cool icon. =3
