Silent Prayers
Silent Prayers by @Merenwen (Sara Patterson)

This took a whole 6 hours and is the first Pulu/Kibi shot I've done in a long while. To be honest I wanted it to be just Pulu but I just had to put kibito in the bG. A friend said it looked like she was praying or sad...What do you think..And I WILL eventually get thier story written...once I figure out what it is...

So pretty!

Again, your use of color just kicks a$$! She looks very somber. Contemplative. As though something serious is going down and she needs to ponder it. I love how you wrap that orange scarf around her. I would never think to throw something in like that, and I dig that you know to add all these details that are so subtle, one doesn't even realize how much they're enhancing the drawing until it's analyzed.

Pulu always has the coolest clothes!

And I dig Kibito (to this day, you are still the only person I know who finds him attractive! lol!)

With him smiling in the background like that, it takes the severity out of her enclosed demeanor. Lightens the pic up a tad. Maybe she's thinking about him... I dig that you made his outfit black. It looks good on him. :)

And the whole red, misty swirly stuff going on in the background is just awesome. Dude. How long does it take you to do a drawing??? Becaue they're so well done, it looks like they'd take you HOURS.

It looks like she's making a wish. The background fits perfectly. Again I stand in awe of your talent.
