Dreatcheal, B/W
Dreatcheal, B/W by @puffbird (Jennifer B)

Dreatcheal before Photoshopping. I like the linework on this one; the color obscures it a bit, so I had to upload the pen/ink version pre-color. :)

I love how you did the shading!! You are very good with hatch marks... The overall design is fantastic too~ I especially love the hair and the 'things' ( don't know what they are called) at the back of it neck..... >D< This is beautifull....

Thank you! :) I particularly enjoyed doing the neck ridge. I think, of the whole picture, that part turned out closer to what I envisioned than anything else. Glad you like it!

The face solidity just makes my day. Love how you did the claw.

The PhoSho'd version leaves me cold, but I think that's just 'cos it's one color purple and not much else...digital color, unless cel-shaded, tends to need more hues in it.

I can see what you mean, about the colored version... I'll admit up front, I'm not a great colorist. I was so enamored with the b/w version that I kind of rushed the color. note to self... If you ever want to get better, stop doing that!

You seem to like the drawing, tho, and for that I'm glad! :)

That is awesome! I love it when people draw dragons and you're really good at it!
