I did this in December 2003; I got the idea from Chrno Crusade. I like it a lot but the shading is REALLY bad and I'm going to fix it (eventually). They're my own original characters and it has nothing to do with anything.

really neat pic, I love the anatomy of the guy. The girl's eyes seem a bit awry, but I suppose that could just be your own style. Hmm..with the ears, the guy reminds me of a short-haired Inu-Yasha.
