Well, at least it's wallpaper-sized. Feel free to nab for your own nefarious desktop-improvent schemes, but don't blame me for the weird looks you're gonna get.

Thanks for the compliment! :*) I'll let you in on a secret - I can't really draw faces either, but I've been practicing a lot these few weeks. Your comment is really encouraging!

this looks like it was done in weither pastels or charcoal.. so if you tell me you did this on the computer I"m gunna cry. o.o LOL =) I Still envy your art grins

Anyway, this is very well done, Love how it looks realistic, yet still remains the softness (like I said above, like it was pastel or charcoal) Very beautifuly done.

Mmm...I won't say it, then. :) Seriously, though, it was just the oil pastel tool in Painter Classic - I LOVE that tool, it looks so much like real media and is very blendable!

Oh man, I actually inspired something as spiffy as this? :)!! -Honoured- Yours is loads better than mine... :D I love the delicate structure of the face and the grainy texture of the shading. Beautiful work.

Coming from you, that's quite a compliment! :D Thank you! Try the oil pastel tool in Painter sometime if you haven't already - turn the grain setting up high, and it's delightfully grainy-yet-blendable. :D S'what I used, here.

It may be soopahdifficult, but shoo, it gets some nice results. The sharp-contrast makes it more intense - I'm getting a "I don't want to talk to you" vibe from the woman. It's probably because it's black-and-white, rather than any particular mood-setting color. She's blocking you out.

Mmm, oil pastels. 8D

Mmmm, valid point, there - she does look a bit hostile, doesn't she? Lemme experiment with tinting it in PhoSho. :D
