Random Elf :D .... I have no idea who he is or what he's wearing--yes it's a HE -.-;

I just had the itch to draw an elf... and he came out of it. I'm just going to assume he's based out of the Lord of the Rings because that's pretty much all that's been flitting through my head since Dec. 17th :D;;;

And thanks for his name goes out to The Barrow Downs. Wonderful site :D

.... if anyone has any idea if Arafân has any actual meaning, let me know. I'm curious.
