The lighting and shading on the skin and hair is really well done, I think her right ear may be a tad higher than the left... but it's not too noticable, and is actually a normal thing if you're looking at actual people.... The proportions on the face are well done, from the placement of the visible eye and the nose, it looks correct anyhow, The hair style is believable, looks really good!
