This is from one of my fav mangas, Dragon Knights. And this is Rune, the Dragon Knight of Water. I really like this pic. I took this and outlined some things in Paint and colored his eyes. Hopefully, someday, I'll have a version where the whole picture is colored. But I'm going to leave this one just as it is.

This looks pretty good. The expression and overall proportions of the character look great, and the subtle hint of colour in the eyes really draws the viewer's attention to them.
What would perhaps make this picture even better is if the shading wasn't so scratchy, and there was more of a contrast between light and dark.
All in all, nice work. Keep it up! :)
