Harmonic Fire
Harmonic Fire by @lynne (Lynne)

I deeply apologize for this picture. I went seriously overboard on the special effects and in light of my obvious composer obsession I would like to say that.... Vives has cool hair.

The background is a photo I messed with, of Venice or something.. and all the little typey things? Those are Bible scriptures.. one is from Psalms (104:33) and one is from Romans (11:29).. only, they're in.. ITALIAN!!!!!! Cool yes? No, not really. o.o I just found Bibles online in different languages and had ta do SOMETHING with them..

What effects were you using to get the fuzzy side to side distortion in the text and hair? It looks really good. The bible scriptures thing was a very creative idea. I thought you drew the background, it is very suited to this picture. I think it would look nicer if he had something other than a long black cloak on. Maybe something from the time period that looks fancier? Good image all the same...

The fuzzy effect was a motion blur.. but I only applied it to duplicates of the top layer so that there was still a solid image with just a blur as accent.

And actually I agree about the clothes. o.o He should be wearing something more Baroque-ish... but I drew the figure three days ago and only started doing crazy things with it today so at the time I drew it I was unfortunately not thinking of that...
