Arcane Research
Arcane Research by @Levithian (Joshua Dupre)

I completly forgot to upload the finished version to this site. I could have sworn I did. Oh well... I colored it and fixed the shading on his head. Hope you like it. Feel free to comment.

This image is of an old half-elf wizard whom just stumbled across an ancient book of the Arcain. This book was written by a great sorceress of the past. Encantations with use of the arcain was scarce. Much was lost throughout history. He scowers over the old parchment bound book in hopes of finding the key to channel his power through the arcain magic.

Nice job on the background--I like the overall worn feel to this image. Great tiny details, too, like the swords on the back wall!

AWESOME PIC! i love all the detail, especially the seams of wood on the table, and the writing in the book. The researcher looks like an old Genghis Kahn with pointy ears. cute in an odd sorta way... i absolutly idolize the colors you used, they all blend and contrast perfectly, giving it a sorta surreal feling! much props, Lyra
