Turns for the best
Turns for the best by @JackMcslay (Jack Mcslay)

A set with each of the 6 different chess pieces in white, on an infinite chess board.

Mostly a Blender practice. I wanted to try modeling using nurbs/curves, and each piece is a single nurbs curve spun on it's axis, except for the knight, which has an additional bezier circle. Must say blender's focus blur is a very nice and easy feature to use.

Luv it!
Choice question: Why did you choose to raise the white squares? I like it, just curious.

Both colors are raised, only that the black ones aren't as easy to perceive because the shading doesn't contrast as much
