Based on something that happened looooooong ago in a random RP. 9.9;; I finally drew it as asked. No, Basty has never transformed into Sailor Bast. But, she often has good advice for folks, which in PG capacity she will follow up with 'Sailor Bast Says! ^.~' Sooooo...yeah this! =D;;;

I like her skirt. u.u
