In the end of April, of the year of 2002, I decided to help five male film making classmates (and one actor guy) with their film Mayflower Mayhem 2. I enjoyed watching the first film, and since these guys are pretty fun to work with, I decided to try jump on the wagon this year.

Five hectic weeks of filming and editing took place and some days were harder to go through than others, but in the end, we managed to get 18 minutes of western parody action gore comedy from the deep forests of Åshammar!

This film also competed in the local film festival here and won "Best Fiction" and "Best Cut", so that wasn't bad at all either!

And, well, all these hectic weeks o' work inspired me to draw this picture, containing all of us in our main roles in the film...^_^ A mix between aquarelle paint and ink pencils it is! Artwork © Copyright 2002 Jenny Hannula
