Tattered Wings
Tattered Wings by @chaosmage (Yaminah Tashanazi)

An old sketch I found from the school year. The wings were the major part of this. I love'em, but they took forever. That was supposed to be blood oozing out from the bandages.

I always loved this sketch. She just looks so heartbroken and shattered. The torn wings were the absolute perfect addition. I can understand how they must have taken forever. I must acquaint myself more with how to draw demon wings. XD;

Ouch. just noticed the broken bone (?) on her right wing.

I want to do this over again really . . . I still like the pic, but there are parts I'd like to do differently. Or rather, I just need a better scanner. I remember the original sketch was better. remembers that she still needs to get that pic back from Amy Joe

I also wanna do different angles with this same concept. It was partially from an idea for an alternate reality of DCC.

Wings take a lot of practice. You just kinda have to keep working at it till it looks natural to the creature you've placed the wings on. And yeah, there are actually two brakes in the right wing.
