Webcomic Teaser
Webcomic Teaser by @Mel (Melanie Smits)

It has finally arrived! Cue the cheesy inspirational music! ^_^

This is the teaser for the webcomic me and a friend are doing. The comic has no name or site or actual excistence yet. ^^; I only did the coloring for this, so line-art comments go to her DA Site.

That... thingy, is a dog named Fuzzy. That's the front you're looking at. The girl's name is Abel, the tall guy standing in back is her brother Lance, and the other guy is Seth. He owns the green bike. The bike is, if I'm not mistaken, a kind of hybrid of 2 different models of the Kawasaki Ninja. It also looks hella cool in bright pink (AKA "NEON PINK BITCH-SLAP!" )

Um... what else... Ooh yeah I wanted to tell you all the number of layers used for the coloring. Thirty-fucking-six That's twenty-five for the people, one for the background, one for the temporary background and the rest for the bike.

Coloring done in OpenCanvas, border in Photoshop.

Awesome coloring! You did a wonderful job with the hair. I especially like Lance's hair. Great job on the bike too! I like all the shadows and highlights. Keep up the good work! =)
