Beautiful work, as always. I love the transition from pure red to pale white to that beautiful shade of green, the contrast you achieve is so amazing. What's that she's carrying?

I had a lot of fun with this image - especially when I tried to flatten it. Silly me and using copious amounts (at times) of water with my watercolors on sketch paper >_>

I'm amused that few seem to be able to tell what she's carrying - I've really got to try and step back from my work, try to see how others see it! It is actually a small skull, with smokey light coming from the eye sockets and nose cavity. If I could get specific, it is the skull of a baby god. :) Thank you so much for the great comment, 'Raisin!

wow, where to start.... yes the cintrast is very pleasing, from the top to the bottom. the pink and orange hues feel very claming. plus they are blended together nicly. on the other hand you have the bold red and black that don't blend together but creates a very dramatic and bit criptic feel. which explains the skull that she is holding. wow. that that is just the tip of what i felt when i saw this piece. very wonderful

Thank you so much for the comment, raycyden! Did you guess that it was a skull, or did you read it? Just curious. XD
