Great angle. You definitely have a grasp of perspective when you can pull off a pose like this as successfully as you did. Love the shading in the hair, too, it really looks fluffy. Heck, the shading all around is nicely done. The background's a little flat, but the focus of the picture is wonderful. Nice work.

Really nice work with the angle. The legs, especially are really well proportioned, jointed, and forshortened :)
You've got some really nice, crisp shading going on. The fur in the tail loses some of that, I think...if you're interested in going back, you might consider reworking that a bit.
Nice facial structure. I like the shading on her chin a lot :).
I could go into color scheme, but that would just be nit picking based on personal opinion, and I know how annoying that is :P
Overall a really nicely done character portrait :)
