I drew this in 02. It's my betta fish Dratini. Sadly, he's since passed on. I drew him in kind of an anime style. The background is colored blue, but the scanner didn't pick it up. It was done in colored pencil.

I love the fins, there's such nice flow to them. The bubbles are cute as well, and the pose and shading are nicely done.
