Little Rabbit and the GnarlyTree
Little Rabbit and the GnarlyTree by @denise (Denise Chan)

I was using the magpie robin bookmark today. A friend saw it and requested one of her pet bunny, Bibi. Adorable rabbit, that one. I felt like painting him in a surreal, slightly fantasy setting, so thusly! Little Rabbit and the GnarlyTree. There's definitely a story there. I just need to figure out what it is. XD

That fur gave me much grief, but in the end I'm satisfied with it so that's that! :)

Printed on photo paper it's quite a nice book mark, very sturdy (I could laminate it as well, but that's not really necessary). I'm toying with the idea of selling 'em, but I dunno if there's any interest. Lemme know if you'd be interested in purchasing one for US$2.5, incl. shipping worldwide.

Very cute. I like the color scheme and the glowy things particularly. It's a cute rabbit indeed, but with the mysterious setting, you get the feeling that there's more to that cute little critter than meets the eye.

At $2.50, I just might buy a bookmark. You definitely have the talent to sell these. Best of luck in that pursuit.

Please, write a story for this. :D The setting does have a somewhat dreamlike quality to it... it's very soft and surreal in the distance, a nice contrast to the solidity of the tree. ...Bunny!

Awe, so purdy! Lovelovely textures, this is just a fine job of a pic. Reminds me of Socar Myles (gorblimey.com) 's pet portraits.
