Shades of Grey
Shades of Grey by @Merenwen (Sara Patterson)

Alright this was drawn 2 monthes ago when I bought a book on using tone techniques like in mangas. Well I was too chicken to use the samples it came with so i used my comp. I went through the same process though without the undo so I guess it still counts. Any comments?

Nifty! Screentones came make a plain picture have a really dramatic effect. Cool how you combined them to make the shading on the overalls.

You are so versatile, ya know that? Everything you do is amazing. And it's hard to pinpoint your style because you're good at so many!!

This chick is awesome. I LOVE what you did with the overalls. I have no idea how you did that, to make them look so...well, real. The shading is natural. It looks like a photo. And the girl - dude, she looks like a bad a$$. You did a great job at showing her attitude. And VERY pleasant to look at. She's like a cross between a gitano (european gypsie), and a car mechanic. lol! She's gorgeous, though. A total babe. Love how you did her hair, and the baseball cap was a real nice touch.

This was very pleasing to look at.
