Oh yeah this is what happens when I am truley happy. No tears, no angst. Just sweetness. Bucky, one of my frequent commenters made a comment about Pulu having cute clothes. This inspired me so I started to draw her as a little 9 or 10 year old centaur girl Well she IS a centaur. Her legs were hard. Giving here the typical rough edges and length of a foal made her look strange so I went for a more shetland pony look. The clothes were inspired by -The Santa Clause 2- The little hood specifically the rest fell into place. Now for shin I originally had him in his normal outfit buuuut it was kind of lacking. He looked like a midget version of himself so I did a veriation of chinese garb inspired by too many hours of Fushigi Yuugi.

A happy shot! It made me smile immediately. And here I thought the LAST picture was cute! This one is cute times 10!! Dude. You're right. Most your pics are serious - but you do happy shots just as well, without detracting from the impact of them. LOVE the clothes! I just wanna pick them up and hug 'em. Her little leg warmers are so original...she looks like a little Santa bunny from the 80's.
And Shin lol You actually made him LOOK like a little kid in this! That expression on his face is far from ruler-of-the-universy. Great job. You show his life back when it was more carefree...
