This pup here was a shelter dog that had been looking for a home for a long time and she finally found the perfect home after six months. The seventeenth of August marks the day of Homless Pet Awareness. If you can, donate some money to the shelter, adopt a needy pet or educate people about the pet overpopulation crisis.
