This is panel 2 of the Under the Bridge comic based on the Fleabag meme. At this point in the story, Cade is bonded to and working for the Master far darrig, King Rat, who is Cade's pimp. Simon comes to visit him and they share a private bonding moment under an overpass. But that is why Simon still wears a suit while Cade is dressed in skimpy garb.

Also, despite the first panel being uploaded for "everyone" I am marking this middle panel as t and for nudity because of Cade wearing basically underwear as an outfit.
