The scene opens to Mandy’s house and we see that Mandy (as well as Chase, Fearless and Rage) have equipped the gear that they got from the black market, outside of the house we see Cassie (dressed in her green poncho) finding the house and as the villainous team walks out of the house she jumps into some bushes in order to hide from the team. Cassie hears the team talk about how they’re going to go to the local junkyard in order to train with their new gear and she also learns that the villainous team is going to “convince” Terry to resume development on Trauma Jester, the scene then cuts to the hospital and we see Rupert (who’s dressed in a red hoodie) visiting a grieving Lia who’s recovering in the hospital. Rupert shows Lia his pyrokinetic abilities and he vows to avenge her for what the Trauma Jester fandom has done, Lia then suggests for Rupert to find any fan sites about Trauma Jester so he can incriminate the fandom if they ever get apprehended. At Mandy’s house we see Cassie break into the building by destroying the front door, Cassie then finds the fridge that Lydia’s Pikachu is trapped in. Cassie opens the fridge and she finds Pikachu inside of the fridge, as Cassie removes the duct tape that the Pikachu was wrapped in she remembers that Rage and his team will eventually hurt Terry with their gear.

Rupert finds Terry’s apartment and as Terry answers the door Rupert shows the man his pyrokinetic abilities, Rupert tells Terry that he’s here to protect him from his fans so Terry lets the child into his apartment. Rupert tells Terry to find any fan sites about Trauma Jester and he ends up finding an online forum about the aforementioned game, Terry then finds several posts of his fans talking about their plans for Mary and himself. Terry talks about how he needs to protect himself from his fandom and Rupert ends up finding a video that Rage (and his team) made, the video consists of the four Trauma Jester fans destroying junked cars with their gear. The fans talk into their camcorder and they start threatening Terry for “abandoning” them, Terry then realizes that his fans are going to go after him so he goes to another room in order to prepare himself. Cassie arrives in the apartment (with Lydia’s Pikachu in tow) and she tells Rupert about the fandom’s violent intentions for Terry, Rupert then tells Cassie that he and Terry already know and the woman promptly shows Rupert her superhuman strength.
