This picture I've worked on off and on for months, kept losing interest in working on it until finally I just sat down and finished it. I could've done better, especially with the highlights, but I was getting to the point where I was getting sick of working on the damn thing and just wanted it finished. There's a lot of experimentation in textures as well: I used Photoshops Burn and Dodge tools for the very first time and I found the Burn tool makes very realistic black tones (I used it to make the stripes and such).
