Have to live with the SCARS
Have to live with the SCARS by @MalaikaWolfcat (Ashley C)

The colored version of the pic found here http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/3397373/. Not really sure how I feel about it. Definately not what I invisioned though. The only thing too terribly different is I wanted to have Scar sitting in his father's pawprint but I couldn't do it >< So I scribbled grass in instead. Oh well, hakuna matata.

Idea behind the pic (in case you can't access the sketch version)- I was listening to my TLK soundtrack earlier and couldn't help but the get the above line stuck in my head. And along with it came this picture.

Now nobody knows for sure how Scar got his scar. Maybe he got hurt out in the Pridelands, maybe his dad smacked him, there's really many possibilities. In this pic, I'll let you, the viewer, decided how you want to take it. Along with these guesses comes the one of how the two brothers were treated. Equal? Or was there a favorite? I always saw Muffy as the favorite, meaning Scar was left behind during many things. In this case, the infamous "Great kinds of the past" lesson.

The reason I brought up the scar if because when I color this, I plan on making it fresh or bleeding. And even though he's hurt, Muffy's problems come first and so all Scar can do is sit in his father's pawprint and reflect on how little he really is.
