A female feline (haven't thought up the name and species yet). I would have placed this image into the Furries section if her outfit were not inspired by Sailor Moon. The stick she is holding resembles Sailor Moon's Crescent Wand but has the shape of Mickey Mouse's head. And sorry for the poor quality, it was the best my LED scanner could do.
