Original Description: "A sketch I made of one of my newer characters, Morgan Lepus. I'm not too experienced when it comes to drawing rabbits (in fact she's my first one), but I like how she turned out. She looks more humanoid than usual, but I kinda like her that way."

Morgan wasn't originally created to exist in the same story arc as Rocky. Instead, she and J. Rinh Serval were created to follow a story about a young shop boy getting mixed up with space pirates. That story, and the lead character, were later dropped, and Morgan and Rinh were teamed up with Rocky as IGPD officers.
