Ángel quick reference by @musewerx (Quique L.)

This is from 2021, but I still quite like how this looks, and I still like this character quite a bit. He's quite precious to me and I put a lot of personally significant motifs and symbolism in there. Teen rating for mentions of violent things etc.

Ángel's half-corporeal, his tail and feet are made of shadows and you can't touch them, your hand will just phase through. Has some animal-like traits but is supposed to be more human than "creature", so only a few parts of his body have "fur" (which is more like a close-lying weird coarse fuzz), and he's not supposed to be an "anthro" character. He's also not supposed to resemble any specific animal, I went for the motif of a biblical "beast" (where the species is unclear/undefined, or a jumble of different species).
