In the spirit of Halloween, here's Luna dressed up as an idol singer! (In other words, I saw this random anime cel the other day and I loved the outfit the character was wearing, so I wanted to draw Luna in it and this was the perfect excuse. ^.~ ) Wow, I actually drew hands that look like hands... o_O
