Since I submitted my Manic art to Manic Panic a while back, I figured I should make another Manic pic to send to them so they wouldn't think I was dead, or something. o.o So I drew this while bored in history class! Then I scanned it and colored it in PhotoDeluxe. Pritty spiffy...
