This is hard to explain. Well, to say in the least I adopted Scud as a character in my rp. And this kinda explains why he was put into the Vampire council to begin with. The girl behind him is his childhood friend and she was 'abducted' by the council to keep Scud-boy in line. As you can see, he checks on her from time to time.
