Alright since I forgot to write down the translation I'll just put it here instead. Basically Irja is saying "What a beautiful day isn't it?" Well a young Irja is enjoying herself (with R.D. off screen) at the beach. And as usual for a Gjonk, Irja is dressed as if her swimwear was from 1890's earth.
