Kyran Battling a Warforged
Kyran Battling a Warforged by @Kachi (Hannah-Beth Carter)

This is a picture I did a while ago, based upon a D&D game I, my boyfriend and a friend played whilst I was in Baltimore. My character (Kyran) and my friend's character (Tomoko) were suddenly faced with a Warforged, which attacked and tried to kill both of us.

Kyran, in usual Kyran style, hid behind Tomoko and tried to fight from behind, but she got nearly mortally wounded, so he was forced to fight it himself.

Of course, then it nearly killed him too and it was only a sheer stroke of luck that it croaked it at all...

It took about an hour or so to sketch, with me flinging myelf around the room in attempts to get the right poses (mostly to get Kyran's legs right), then a few more hours to draw out and shade, then about another four hours to shade all the cobbles. One of those jobs you wish you hadn't started once you're halfway through it...
