Spying on an Attempt to Fly... by @EeveeDee (Yvette :D.)

I doodled this a long time ago at work...Just colored it in w/ colored pencils today...Tried to play with it onna comp to make the foreground brighter than the background, but it could come out a lot better, I think. I'll work on it when I have time.... Anyways it's supposed to be a child catching a fairy-like creature attempting to fly......yeah.
