Good Little Churchgoer by @carocron (Caroline Cronshaw)

I like Evo-Kurt for his kidishness and such, but something always struck me about Kurt from the original storyline and how he was abandoned, adopted, etc. It's a very sad but very good story, especially for a classic superhero (Batman being #2 next to Kurt). No Chrisitian am I, but still, there was something about original, god-loving Kurt that I loved.

So, yesterday I drew and inked a pic of young Kurt, living in Germany, sitting in a church. This is, of course, after he's adopted by Margali (a circus sorceress) and taught in the church. Isn't he so innocent and cute (and perhaps a little timid)? ^_^; I'll try coloring it on Photoshop or Painter soon enough.

Yes, I know the pew legs are at an odd angle, seves me right for drawing them without a ruler. ^_^; And the latin words under the window in the BG mean "Save Us". Artwork © Copyright 2003 Caroline Cronshaw
