Rated teen for the blood, I guess. I really shouldn't have done that, but, I heard Side7's strict on that. Anyhoo, it's a psycho, semi-gothic Koopa, more preferably a sewer Koopa from Paper Mario, with a bloody axe. Funfun. I liked this image a lot.
