Okay.. it sorta looks wrong, maybe i should explain. The guy is James, he works for the vampire council, and is currently the one who was given the assignment to 'take care of' Ella. But rather then simply killing her, he used a drug from the scientific sector to numb her vampire side and kind of make her human and thus powerless. Yes, he is a real jerk.
