It's Pikachu, Ryo-ohki, Puarr, Koromon and Kero having a party. Incidently I have seen a pic where Pikachu is skipping with a Clefairy and I am honest that I didn't steal the idea, This pic just popped into my head. Anyway...Pikachu is from Pokemon Ryo-Ohki is from Tenchi Muyo/ Universe/ Tokyo, Puarr is from Dragonball Z, Koromon is from Digimon and Kero is from Cardcaptors.
