Appearance: Hēisé Xuě, often known as Noir, is a tall, average build Reploid with white hair and pale blue eyes. His pupils resemble snowflakes which indicates his icy abilities. His armour is jet black with a rust coloured tie adorned with a gold lining at the bottom. He appears to be somewhere around a young adult facially, minus his albino-like wintery appearance. Similarly, fingers appear to be "frost-bitten" likely from his abilities as well as his cheeks, complimenting his looks. His snow white hair is tied into a ponytail with a light blue ribbon, albeit it being a bit messy.

Personality: Noir is described as "two-faced" due to his dual personality. One moment he is a charismatic Reploid who appears devoted to his cause, while another he is a sadistic leader who will do anything to prevail over his enemies. Much like Sigma and Vile, Noir desires revenge against X, only that it's for how he was treated during his time as a Hunter and not over losses. Noir is also seemingly professional most of the time, yet often arrogant and sometimes violent.

Despite this, Noir has somewhat of a soft spot. His compassion and concerns are mostly related to those who he cares about, including Gate, a Reploid Scientist previously responsible for the Nightmare Virus (and Noir's love interest). He also voices some concern for the Hunters, despite his negative feelings towards them, as he notes himself that he feels as if he is still answerable to them.
