Scooby Doom: Elias Chandelure

Turned Ghost of Elias Kingston into a Chandelure, honestly while Chandelure was my first thought for this villain I did think the design could also work for a Hypno.

Which I have it sketched, so I think I'll reveal in a sketch dump later this month with other alternate designs for the scooby doo villains, though I don't know how many that will be in the end.

Dex: Believed to be a 'Remnant' Pokemon of Elias Kingston, a Ghost driven by a desire for the Wetherby family's fortune. Unlike other Chandelure that absorbs its victim's spirit, the Elias Chandelure literally takes years off someone life aging them rapidly.

Is this just a strange blue Chandelure? or truly the 'Remnant' Pokemon of Elias Kingston.
