Aqua's fourth child (haven't decided a name yet) and his "father" (not biological, but yeah) Kei, going over a problem of Kei's. That little thing on the kid's arm is an experiment (think Stitch, man) that Kei made up, and Kei used his "son" as a test subject (lol). So...there ya go. The picture itself is self explainitory.
