Countess Hikaru's Turbo Dash Form by @Rexy (Bev Wooff)

Another suit design is here, however... this is the second original combat fatigue I roped in, and it's in the form of the 'Turbo Dash'. This form changes her appearance to make her a much faster runner - essential for jumping long chasms. And in combat, she can use her skills to go around her opponents and let them lose their awareness by becoming dizzy.
