Daily Sketch 89 - Confusion by @Roadstripe (CyberCorn Entropic)

In April, the demons of the Infernal Revenue Service force lawful victims to read magic incantations or forfeit their livelihood. Only specially trained wizards can successfully resist the cantrips of confusion embedded in these fiendish spells. Anyone else must suffer bouts of confusion-induced insanity that can only be lifted by sacrifices of money.

Or something like that. I may be a bit confused about it.
