Scooby Doom: The Witch Ogre

Took me a while to figure out what to do with the 'Witch Doctor' from (Decoy for a Dognapper) Episode as their are many things I would change about that episode story, if I were reworking it into the Scooby Doom AU

Originally I was going to make him a Hisuian Decidueye. While Ogerpon was the obvious choice from the start I didn't want to just make the Witch Doctor an Ogerpon as I wanted to choose something else first, be a bit different, but when designing the Fakemon. The Witch Doctor and Hisuian Decidueye designs were just not mixing with each other well, so I gave in an made him an Ogerpon.

Also change Ogerpon weapon to be a Tomahawk, to reference the one that Shaggy found in the episode.

Dex: Recently strange weather and mysterious sightings have been reported in the Great Unovan Desert. These sightings claim to have seen extinct Pokemon and others that are larger than usual with glowing red eyes, but the sightings are always fleeting and any trace of these creatures seem to disappear with the strange storms. But one of the more common reports is of a strange humanoid. People can't tell if its a Pokemon or person as it always keeps its distance, buts its sighted a lot seemly following the strange storms.

Yep this is 100% Cryptid Pokemon
