Holy Water

Whenever Shannon cries or it's nearly September, the residents of Maple Village refer to it as "holy water" because they believe that it will rain and water the sacred maple trees.

I live in Washington and depending on where I live, it tends to rain mostly in the autumn and winter. Sometimes, it rains in the springtime, too.
