Started with a smaller canvas this time. Practicing with the gaussian blur brush some more, and tried making the picture grainy like an old cel for an anime. Not sure if the effect is correct, but I like it so far!

I was wondering if I should discolour the picture pink or green to imitate dye fading like in a real piece of film, but I decided it looked good enough as it was with the blue. Instead I just scribbled some darker lines, blotches, and faded in the corners to make it look scuffed.

Took ~5 hours.

Based off a picture from Disney's Hercules, I thought it was cute and wanted to redraw it using my characters.
