I've been wanting to draw him for the longest of time. He's going to play the villian role in the Bizarre Island series.

Professor Rig'em does his to cause some suffering with whatever invention he can come up with. But they are hardly ever evil enough to cause even the slightest uproar. You practically don't need the Bug Bros. to take care of the professor. Just the sheer dumb luck of Ned will do.
